Lexus dominated the Auto Express Driver Power 2015 survey, receiving six awards including Best Manufacturer and Best Car gongs. The awards won were:
The Lexus IS range beat stiff competition from the all-new Mercedes C Class and newly-facelifted BMW 3 Series to add three major feathers in its cap. In taking the top spot for the Best Compact Executive Car, it achieved 93.96 driver satisfaction ratings and is the highest rated model for Ease of Driving, underscoring Lexus' established reputation for smoothness, refinement and reliability.
Meanwhile, the Lexus NX range made a strong impact upon its market introduction, being awarded the Best for Build Quality within six months of its arrival in the UK (in November 2014).
The Lexus RX range, meanwhile, was celebrated for its seat comfort, beating out competition from the Mercedes ML, BMW X5 and Audi Q5.
Speaking of Lexus' achievements, Auto Express Editor-in-Chief Steve Fowler said, "This is superb news for Lexus, winning a hat-full of Driver Power 2015 awards."
